Hi, I’m Jill!

As an athlete, mom, nutritionist and coach my mission is to help athletes of all levels, have a better relationship with their fuel and their fitness so they reach higher and have the confidence to do so. To PERFORM better you need to FUEL better which in turn makes you FEEL better. And when you feel better, you naturally want to keep achieving your physical and performance goals.

Balancing everything through life with habits and consistency is the goal and that is what I continue to teach in my 8 week Fueled & Fit nutrition program and in my Full Body Fit workout programs.

As an athlete, trainer and nutritionist, I have always been interested in eating for performance.  I believe that eating enough quality food and eating the right amounts of nutrients can greatly affect how you feel day to day, and how you perform during races or workouts. Through years of my own trial and error I know that this process is not easy. I spent many years dieting, undereating, over exercising and treating food like it is an enemy. Through mentors, lots of learning, education, trial and error, I have learned that food is fuel…and it is the direct link to access your performance and physical goals. Good food habits can absolutely transform your body, and with time your life…forever. It is absolutely possible to enjoy food, use it correctly for max performance and to love your body along the way! Creating a positive healthy relationship with food is our goal and through our goal we will enhance your athleticism, achieve your goals and keep you healthy and pushing for more.
